Join us Tuesday, August 19th from noon to 1 p.m. for a presentation about the lessons we can learn from young people facing serious illnesses. Hosted by McKenna Healthlink and Hope Hospice.
- Ever wonder what to say to friends, family members or acquaintances who are dealing with seriously illnesses? Let the words, thoughts and stories of young people who are seriously ill themselves point you in the right direction.
- Hear some specific strategies and action steps for living through times of illness in families. Understand that sometimes words can help and sometimes certain words can hurt.
