Help Through the Holidays offers specific ways to cope with the holidays, and provides opportunities to share thoughts and feelings with other grievers in a safe and supportive environment.
This support group is free and open to anyone who has experienced a loss.
Each program will be led by a trained grief counselor. There are two sessions every Tuesday beginning November 18, 2008 and ending January 13, 2009. First session at 12 – 1:30 p.m. and a repeat session from 6 – 7:30 p.m.
