Social Worker, LCSW

HOPE PALLIATIVE SERVICES is seeking qualified candidates for the position of:  

Social Worker, LCSW-   Job duties include but are not limited to patient and family advocacy, knowledge of and access to community assistance programs, information and referral sources to help with financial concerns, case management, providing assistance with psychosocial issues and direct counseling.  Applicants must be a LCSW with a current Texas license.  Experience in a medical social work setting is preferred. 

All positions require a criminal history background check, post-offer pre-employment drug screen and medical evaluation, and auto liability insurance.
